Belton Market Days thrives because of our talented and passionate vendors. If you’re interested in showcasing your products to hundreds of shoppers, we invite you to apply and become part of our vibrant vendor community.

Vendor applications are carefully reviewed and approved based on the products offered and the overall appearance of the booth setup. This thoughtful selection process helps keep our market balanced, high-quality, and enjoyable for both vendors and attendees.

As a vendor at our award-winning market, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with a diverse audience, grow your business, and share your creativity, passion, and craftsmanship with the local community.

To secure your spot: ​

  1. Confirm eligibility. Review the vendor requirements to confirm your eligibility.  

  2. Mail in or drop off the application and booth fee. Complete the Vendor Application and return it, with the booth payment, to the Vendor Coordinator on or before the deadline (60 Days before the scheduled event). ​

  3. Await confirmation. Vendor applications are carefully reviewed and approved based on the quality of the products offered and the overall appearance of the booth setup. This thoughtful selection process helps keep our market balanced, high-quality, and enjoyable for both vendors and attendees. Once your application has been approved and accepted as a vendor, you will then receive an email confirmation from the DBBA.

Eligible Vendors:

  • Cottage Food Vendors

    Home-produced, shelf-stable foods (baked goods, jams, candies, etc.)

  • Farm Grown

    Fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants, flowers, and other produce grown by the vendor

  • Farm Products – Meat & Dairy

    Locally raised meats, eggs, milk, cheese, and other farm-fresh animal products

  • Artisan Food Producers

    Specialty foods made in commercial kitchens (sauces, honey, coffee, spices, etc.)

  • Handmade Craft Vendors

    Handcrafted items such as candles, soaps, woodwork, textiles, pottery, jewelry, etc.

  • Fine Art Vendors

    Original artwork including paintings, photography, sculpture, glass art, mixed medi

  • Artisan Goods (Non-Food)

    Leather goods, metalwork, custom clothing, décor, and functional art pieces

  • Select Quantity Retail

    Curated retail products in limited quantities (boutique items, specialty gifts, small-batch goods)
